Refund policy

Silverware Jewelry and Accessories:

For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving the item assuming the product has not been damaged by the customer. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

For personalized items, there are no returns, assuming that the seller provided the product and service as described in the listing. If seller failed to do so, then returns will be accepted within 14 days.

If seller did not deliver item as described in the listing, then seller is responsible processing refund and covering return shipping. Must happen within the 14 day window.

Returns will not be accepted for sizing issues related to the customer. If a sizing issue occurs, the customer must send the item back at their own expense. If it is confirmed that the seller sent the wrong size, then seller will refund the return shipment cost, resize the ring at his expense, and cover shipment cost to customer again.

Guitar String Rings

If the guitar string ring is received as described on listing, product can be returned within 14 days of receiving the ring for a 50% refund. Each ring is made custom to the size and color combinations per the customer's request, and the ring cannot be resized, so a full refund cannot be offered.

If the guitar string ring is not as described on the website, or has incorrect sizing or color combinations due to seller error, then a full refund will be offered at the seller's expense, including return shipping. However, if the sizing was a customer error, then only 50% of the ring will be refunded, if processed withing 14 days.
